Pre-Order Policy

PRE-ORDER POLICY

By placing a pre-order with Auguri, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. What Is a Pre-Order

A pre-order is the purchase of an item that is not currently in stock and is offered for sale during a limited pre-order window.

Pre-order items are clearly labeled on the product page prior to purchase.


2. Pre-Order Window & Production Start

  • Pre-orders are accepted only during the stated pre-order period

  • Production does not begin until the pre-order window has closed

  • Orders placed during the pre-order window are grouped into a single production batch

The pre-order window close date is disclosed on the product page or at checkout.


3. Payment & Order Confirmation

  • Full payment is required at checkout

  • Payment confirms your order within the pre-order batch

  • Orders are processed in the order received within the batch

  • Pre-orders are not reservations and cannot be canceled once placed


4. Production & Shipping Timeline

  • Once the pre-order window closes, production and fulfillment begin

  • The estimated shipping timeframe is:

8–10 weeks from the close of the pre-order window

This timeframe includes:

  • Manufacturing

  • Quality control

  • International and domestic transit

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by:

  • Production adjustments

  • Material availability

  • Quality control standards

  • Carrier, customs, or logistical delays

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.


5. Order Changes & Address Accuracy

  • Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or transferred once placed

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information


6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because pre-order items are produced in limited quantities and made specifically for each pre-order batch:

  • All pre-order sales are final

  • No cancellations or refunds are permitted once an order is placed

If Auguri is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


7. Returns & Defective Items

Pre-order items follow our standard Returns Policy.

Returns are accepted only if the item is:

  • Defective, or

  • Damaged upon arrival

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.


8. Agreement to Terms

By completing checkout, you confirm that:

  • You understand this is a window-based pre-order

  • You acknowledge that production begins after the pre-order window closes

  • You agree that the 8–10 week shipping estimate starts after the window closes

  • You agree to all terms outlined in this Pre-Order Policy
